Coromandel International Reappoints Sudarshan Venu as Independent Director

Coromandel International Limited announced the reappointment of Mr. Sudarshan Venu as an Independent Director for a second term of five years, effective February 3, 2027, through February 2, 2032. This reappointment is subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot. The Board also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, along with the limited review report. Additionally, the conversion of a USD 9.70 Million loan into equity for its step-down subsidiary, Baobab Mining and Chemicals Corporation S.A. (BMCC), has been completed.
