Corporate Merchant Bankers Ltd Board Approves Auditor Appointments

Corporate Merchant Bankers Ltd announced outcomes of its Board Meeting held on September 8, 2026. The board approved the appointment of M/s. Shweta Jain & Co LLP as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. Additionally, M/s. D D S & Associates were recommended as Statutory Auditors for five years (FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31), subject to member approval. M/s. Jay Pandya & Associates were also recommended as Secretarial Auditors for five years (FY 2026-27 to 2030-31), pending shareholder approval. The board also approved a change in the address for maintaining books of accounts and decided to shift the registered office from Delhi to Ahmedabad, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals. The 32nd Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 30, 2026, to be held via video conferencing.
