Srinivasan Ravi Sells 2.01% Stake in Craftsman Automation

Srinivasan Ravi, a promoter of Craftsman Automation Limited, has sold 5,25,000 equity shares, representing 2.01% of the total share capital, through an open market transaction on June 23, 2026. Following this sale, his total holding in the company has reduced to 99,75,000 equity shares, which constitutes 38.14% of the total share capital. The transaction was disclosed to the stock exchanges as per SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The total equity share capital of the company remains unchanged.
