CRISIL: Saugata Saha Resigns as Director, Effective July 30, 2026

CRISIL Ltd announced the resignation of Mr. Saugata Saha as a Director of the company, effective on or before July 30, 2026. This follows Mr. Saha's decision to leave S&P Global Inc., where he serves as President of S&P Global Market Intelligence and Chief Enterprise Data Officer. He will remain with S&P Global through July 30, 2026, to support the transition. S&P Global has announced a leadership change, combining the Enterprise Data Organization with the Chief Technology & Transformation Office.
