Crizac Ltd: Director Changes & New Chairperson Appointed

Crizac Limited announced significant changes in its board and leadership. Mr. Christopher Nagle has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Director and will also assume the role of Chairperson of the company, effective August 4, 2026. Dr. Vikash Agarwal will step down as Chairperson but will continue as Managing Director. The company also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Anuj Saraswat and Ms. Payal Bafna as Independent Directors for a second term. Ms. Pinky Agarwal has resigned as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, leading to a reconstitution of the Nomination & Remuneration and Risk Management Committees.
