Cryogenic OGS Secures USD 414,040 Orders from Global EPC Firms

Cryogenic OGS Limited has announced the receipt of two significant purchase orders from two global EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) companies. The total value of these orders amounts to USD 414,040.40, approximately ₹3.92 Crore. The first order, valued at USD 35,700.00 (approx. ₹0.34 Crore), is for the design, engineering, manufacturing, testing, and delivery of Air Eliminators with ASME Code stamping, with delivery expected by June 30, 2027. The second order, a substantial USD 378,340.40 (approx. ₹3.58 Crore), is for the supply of Piping Spools for a firewater sprinkler system and cooling ring piping for storage tanks, with dispatch expected within 4 to 8 weeks from the purchase order date. Both orders are from international entities and are classified as supply contracts/purchase orders. The company has confirmed that promoters or their group companies have no interest in the awarding entities, and these orders do not fall under related party transactions.
