CSM Technologies Authorizes KMPs for Materiality Disclosures

CSM Technologies Ltd has informed the stock exchanges that, in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and its internal Materiality Policy, specific Key Managerial Personnels (KMPs) are now authorized to determine the materiality of events or information. This authorization is for the purpose of making necessary disclosures to the stock exchanges. The authorized individuals include the Managing Director & CEO, Chief Financial Officer, and Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, who can act severally.
