Cube Highways Trust Acquires Four Highway SPVs

Cube Highways Trust has entered into definitive Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs) on July 13, 2026, to acquire four Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs). These acquisitions include the full share capital of Baharampore-Farakka Highways Limited, Devanahalli Tollway Private Limited, and Chenani Nashri Tunnelway Limited. Additionally, Cube InvIT will acquire at least 95% of the equity share capital of Western M P Infrastructure and Toll Roads Private Limited. The transactions are subject to standard conditions precedent, necessary approvals, and closing actions.
