Cummins India Limited conducted its 65th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 6, 2026, via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting was held in compliance with Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) circulars and the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Chairperson, Ms. Jennifer Mary Bush, presided over the meeting, confirming the presence of the requisite quorum. Key managerial personnel and representatives from statutory and cost auditors were also present. The proceedings were conducted without the physical presence of members at a common venue, with the registered office deemed as the venue.
