D & H India Ltd: Saurabh Vora and Harsh Vora Re-appointed as Directors

D & H India Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 12, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Saurabh Vora as Whole Time Director and Mr. Harsh Vora as Managing Director. Both re-appointments are for a further period of three years, effective from October 1, 2026. These appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Saurabh Vora's current tenure expires on September 30, 2026, and his re-appointment is for a term until September 30, 2029. Mr. Harsh Vora's current tenure also expires on September 30, 2026, and his re-appointment is for a term until September 30, 2029. Both decisions were based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
