Dhvanil Dharia Appointed Whole Time Director at DAM Capital for 5 Years

DAM Capital Advisors Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Dhvanil Sanjiv Dharia as an Additional Director and Whole Time Director for a term of five years, effective August 11, 2026, through August 10, 2031. This appointment is subject to exchange and shareholder approvals. Mr. Dharia, who holds a B.Tech and MBA, has been with DAM Capital since its inception in 2019 and was instrumental in establishing the Investment Banking Division. He is not related to any existing directors or KMPs. The board also noted the cessation of Mr. Natarajan Srinivasan as Independent Director on August 18, 2026, and approved the convening of the 33rd Annual General Meeting on September 8, 2026. The board meeting also considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
