Ddev Plastiks Appoints New Independent Director, Reconstitutes Committees

The company has appointed Mrs. Rajni Mishra as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director, effective August 10, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Mrs. Mishra, a Company Secretary with an HRM Master's degree and over a decade of experience, has been nominated to the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders' Relationship Committee. These changes, including the reconstitution of these committees, are effective from August 10, 2026.
