Satani Bearings Appoints New Auditor, Reconstitutes Committees

Satani Bearings Ltd announced a significant change in its statutory auditors during a board meeting held on June 19, 2026. The company appointed M/S. Bhatt Shah Mekhia & Co. as its new statutory auditor, filling the vacancy created by the resignation of M/S P A M S & Associates. The board also approved the reconstitution of the Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee, following the resignation of Ms. Aakansha Vaid from the board as a Non-Executive Independent Director. These changes are effective immediately.
