Dhanlaxmi Cotex Ltd Appoints Mrs. Rajni Mahesh Jhawar as Chief Financial Officer

Dhanlaxmi Cotex Ltd has appointed Mrs. Rajni Mahesh Jhawar as the Chief Financial Officer with effect from 13th February, 2026. This decision was made in a Board Meeting held on 13th February, 2026. Mrs. Jhawar is a Commerce Graduate with over 16 years of experience in the field of PRO and administration. She is the spouse of Mr. Mahesh Sohanlal Jhawar, the Managing Director & Promoter, and a step mother to Mrs. Payal Ankur Bankda, a Non-executive Director. The Board also considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025, granted Inter-Corporate Deposits within the prescribed limits under section 186 of the Companies Act, 2013, and took on record the resignation of Mrs. Payal Ankur Bankda from the post of Chief Financial Officer.
