Dixon Technologies inks JV with Gemtek for telecom products

Dixon Technologies (India) Limited, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Dixon Electroconnect Private Limited, has executed a joint venture agreement with Gemtek Technology Co., Ltd. The JV will focus on manufacturing and supplying Optical Transceivers (SFP) and BOSA, along with other mutually agreed telecom products in India. Following the transaction, Dixon Electroconnect will be held 60% by Dixon Technologies and 40% by Gemtek. This move aims to expand Dixon's presence in the telecom manufacturing sector. The agreement is subject to customary conditions precedent.
