Dolfin Rubbers Ltd. has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025. The meeting was held on 14th February, 2026, and the results were reviewed by the Audit Committee. The financial results have been prepared in accordance with the Indian Accounting Standard (IND AS) and other accounting principles generally accepted in India. The company operates in one business segment and the figures of the corresponding previous periods have been regrouped/ reclassified, wherever necessary to conform to the current period's presentation. The Board has recommended Nil dividend.
