DOMS Industries Acquires Reynolds Brand Assets for $3.7M

DOMS Industries Limited has entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement (APA) with Reynolds Pens India Private Limited and other entities to acquire assets related to the Reynolds brand for pens, markers, highlighters, and school supplies. The acquisition includes plant, machinery, molds, contracts, social media accounts, copyrights, trademarks, domain names, and patents. The total consideration is US$3,700,000, excluding inventory. This strategic move is expected to enhance DOMS Industries' product portfolio and market presence in the writing instruments and school supplies segment.
