Dr. Lal PathLabs Ltd has received an intimation of an Income Tax appeal filed by the Income Tax Department before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), New Delhi. This appeal is against a prior order that had favored the company, allowing relief on disallowances of ESOP Expenses amounting to INR 32,66,18,927/-. The company had previously received an assessment order and subsequently an appellate order in its favor.
