Dredging Corp GM (Finance) P. Uma Gandhi Resigns

Dredging Corporation of India Ltd announced the resignation of Smt. P. Uma Gandhi from the post of General Manager (Finance) due to personal reasons. Her resignation, tendered on April 8, 2026, also means she will cease to be the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company. The effective date of her resignation is contingent upon the approval of the Competent Authority, and the company will provide further intimation once the approval is received.
