DS Kulkarni Developers Appoints Independent Director

DS Kulkarni Developers Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Anish Avinash Nawathe as an additional director, designated as a Non-executive Independent Director. This appointment is effective from October 5th, 2026, for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Nawathe is an Architect with over 12 years of experience in architectural practice, business development, government liaisoning, client management, and project coordination. He is not related to any existing directors and has not been debarred from holding a director's office by any regulatory authority.
