DS Kulkarni Developers to acquire 100% stake in Moonbrick Realty

DS Kulkarni Developers Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved entering into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) to acquire 100% equity stake in Moonbrick Realty Private Limited. This acquisition will make Moonbrick a wholly owned subsidiary of DS Kulkarni Developers. The transaction involves nil consideration as Moonbrick is a newly incorporated entity with no business operations. The acquisition is expected to be completed within one week and aims for business expansion and growth, aligning with the company's objectives. Additionally, the board approved the appointment of CS Rishika Verma as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer.
