DSM Fresh Foods Limited has successfully completed the acquisition of Avyom Foodtech Private Limited, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. This strategic move, involving a cash consideration of ₹1 Lakh, strengthens DSM Fresh Foods' presence in the food processing and allied sectors. Avyom Foodtech, formerly IEY Education Private Limited, reported a turnover of ₹14,90,284 for FY 2024-25. The acquisition is expected to yield operational synergies, expand the product portfolio, and enhance market reach. The transaction was conducted on an arm's length basis, with common promoters and directors in both entities.
