Sigma Advanced Systems Acquires 100% Stake in Bromford Precision Solutions

Sigma Advanced Systems Ltd has signed a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 100% of Bromford Precision Solutions Limited, a UK-based Aerospace & Defence manufacturer. The acquisition, valued at GBP 11.89 Million (approx INR 153 Cr), is being made through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sigma Advanced Systems UK Limited. Bromford Precision Solutions reported a turnover of GBP 1.782 Crores (Rs. 228.04 Crores) for the twelve months ended April 30, 2026. This strategic move aims to build a globally embedded aerospace and defence platform for Sigma, consolidating its position and expanding its product offerings. Necessary regulatory approvals under the UK's National Security and Investment Act have been obtained, and the acquisition is expected to be completed within six weeks. The transaction is a cash consideration and is not a related party transaction.
