Sigma Advanced Systems Acquires UK's Bromford Precision for ₹153 Cr

Sigma Advanced Systems Limited has announced the acquisition of 100% of UK-based Bromford Precision Solutions Limited for approximately INR 153 crore (GBP 11.89 million). This strategic move is expected to close by end July 2026 and represents an enterprise value to adjusted EBITDA multiple of approximately 4.6x. The acquisition strengthens Sigma's international growth strategy, enhances its position within the Rolls-Royce supply chain, and complements its existing UK division, Nasmyth Group. Bromford specializes in high-precision aeroengine rings and structures, adding new product offerings and capabilities to Sigma's global precision manufacturing platform. Sigma plans to implement an operational playbook focused on margin expansion through automation and transitioning manufacturing to India, alongside driving revenue growth with key OEM customers.
