Axentra Corp Appoints Senthil Kumar Bellan as Managing Director

Axentra Corp Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Senthil Kumar Bellan as Managing Director, effective July 14, 2026. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Bellan, who currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, will hold the position for a term of five years, from July 14, 2026, to July 13, 2031. The Board of Directors also approved his appointment as an Additional Director (Executive). Mr. Bellan brings over 27 years of international finance and operations experience.
