Dynamic Cables Approves FY26 Results, Recommends ₹0.50 Dividend

Dynamic Cables Ltd's board approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. They recommended a final dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share (5% of face value) subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved the re-appointment of M/s DLS & Associates LLP as Internal Auditor and M/s Maharwal & Associates as Cost Auditors for FY 2026-27.
