Dynamic Cables Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons

Dynamic Cables Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective from April 1, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading. The trading window will remain closed until the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the board meeting for the aforesaid purpose will be intimated to the stock exchanges in due course.
