Dynamic Cables Ltd Convenes 19th AGM on July 21

Dynamic Cables Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on June 16, 2026, approved the convening of the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on July 21, 2026. The AGM will be conducted through Video Conferencing and Other Audio Visual Means. The Board also fixed July 10, 2026, as the record date for determining eligibility for dividends for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Neeraj Bali as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of 5 years, subject to shareholder approval, and Mr. Rasik Mangal as General Manager – Marketing, designated as Senior Management Personnel.
