ECOS (India) Mobility & Hospitality Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

ECOS (India) Mobility & Hospitality Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in compliance with the 'ECOS Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives' and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting where the audited financial results will be considered is yet to be intimated.
