ECS Biztech Ltd. to hold 16th AGM on Sep 30, 2026

ECS Biztech Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 05, 2026, decided to convene the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. IST via Video Conferencing or other Audio-Visual Means (VC/OAVM). The Board also approved the Notice of the 16th AGM and the Director's Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 24, 2026, to September 30, 2026, inclusive, for the AGM. Additionally, Mr. Vijay Mansinhbhai Mandora was appointed as Managing Director for a period of one year, subject to shareholder approval.
