ECS Biztech Appoints Vijay Mansinhbhai Mandora as Managing Director

ECS Biztech Ltd. announced the appointment of Mr. Vijay Mansinhbhai Mandora as the new Managing Director for a term of one year, effective September 05, 2026. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The board also decided to convene the 16th AGM on September 30, 2026, and approved the notice and director's report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Book closure for the AGM will be from September 24 to September 30, 2026. Mr. Mandora, a promoter, brings over 35 years of experience and holds an Engineering degree in Information Technology & Telecommunication.
