Vijay M Mandora Acquires 7.40% Stake in ECS Biztech

Vijay M. Mandora has acquired 15,20,700 equity shares, representing 7.40% of the diluted share capital, in ECS Biztech Limited. The transaction, an inter-se transfer between persons forming part of the promoter and promoter group, occurred on September 16, 2025. The disclosure was made on August 20, 2026, with a delay of 332 days. Following the acquisition, Mandora's shareholding in ECS Biztech increased from 52.10% to 59.50%. The acquisition was made under an exemption provided by Regulation 10 of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
