EID Parry gets no-objection for AGPL promoter re-classification

EID Parry India Ltd has received no-objection from both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and BSE Limited (BSE) for the de-classification of Algavista Greentech Private Limited (AGPL). AGPL, previously a member of the promoter and promoter group, will now be re-classified. This approval, granted on April 27, 2026, follows applications made by EID Parry on December 18, 2025, February 12, 2026, and February 17, 2026. The re-classification is in accordance with Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. EID Parry is required to ensure compliance with all subsequent relevant disclosures related to this re-classification.
