Elegant Marbles & Grani Industries Ltd. announced audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board approved the results at its meeting on May 21, 2026. The 41st Annual General Meeting will be held on July 17, 2026. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Rajesh Agrawal and Mr. Rakesh Agrawal as Chairman & Managing Director and Managing Director, respectively, for a further period of 3 years, subject to shareholder approval. M/s. Deepak Mehta & Associates were re-appointed as Internal Auditor. Ms. Yogita Agrawal is up for re-appointment as Non-Executive Director.
