Elitecon International Appoints Two Additional Directors

Elitecon International Limited has appointed Mr. Vipin Sharma and Mr. Pradeep Kumar as Additional Directors to the Board. This action was taken following the cessation of previous Independent Directors, which had reduced the Board's strength below the required quorum. The appointments were made by the sole continuing Director, Mr. Kumar Anubhav Upadhyay, to restore the necessary quorum and strength. The new directors will hold office until the next Annual General Meeting, subject to shareholder approval. The meeting where these appointments were approved transacted no other business.
