Elitecon International Appoints Vipin Sharma, Pradeep Kumar as Executive Directors

Elitecon International Limited has appointed Mr. Vipin Sharma and Mr. Pradeep Kumar as Executive Additional Directors, effective July 22, 2026. This move, approved by the Board on the same day and subject to shareholder approval, signals a significant step in the company's operational revival, coinciding with the resumption of banking operations. Mr. Sharma, a former Managing Director, returns to lead the revival, bringing extensive experience from his previous roles and his deep involvement in building the company. Mr. Kumar, currently a Director at subsidiary Golden Cryo Private Limited, adds over 23 years of experience in large-scale construction and infrastructure. The company plans to further strengthen its leadership with more key managerial personnel and independent directors.
