Elpro International: Promoter Group Creates Pledge on 58% Shares

Elpro International Limited has announced the creation of a pledge and other encumbrances over a significant portion of its equity shares. IGE (India) Private Limited, part of the Promoter Group, has pledged 9,82,97,894 equity shares, representing 58.00% of the total share capital, in favour of CTL Trusteeship Limited. This action is collateral for the issuance of debentures by the company and its group entities. RCA Limited has also created other encumbrances on its shareholding. The disclosures were made on June 19, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
