Emkay Global Appoints Nikhil Sharma as CISO

Emkay Global Financial Services Ltd has appointed Mr. Nikhil Sharma as its new Chief Information and Security Officer (CISO), effective September 8, 2026. This appointment, approved by the Board of Directors based on the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee's recommendation, elevates Mr. Sharma to the Senior Management Personnel of the company. Mr. Sharma brings over 12 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security Governance, and Regulatory Compliance within the BFSI sector, with prior roles at Jio BlackRock Asset Management, DSP Asset Managers, Aegon Life Insurance, J.P. Morgan, and Morgan Stanley. He is a certified ISO 27001:2022 Lead Auditor.
