ICICI Prudential AMC Sells 2.35 Lakh Shares of Entertainment Network

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has disclosed a net sale of 2,35,000 equity shares of Entertainment Network (India) Ltd on July 02, 2026. This transaction resulted in a decrease of over 2% in the Fund's shareholding. The total net sale since the last disclosure on October 16, 2019, amounts to 11,19,753 shares. The Fund stated that these holdings are for investment purposes and not to seek controlling interest. The disclosure is made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
