ICICI Prudential MF Sells 2.35% Stake in Entertainment Network India

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has disclosed a net sale of 2,35,000 shares in Entertainment Network India Ltd. This transaction, executed on July 02, 2026, resulted in a decrease of over 2% in the fund's shareholding. The total sale since the last disclosure on October 16, 2019, amounts to 11,19,753 shares. Following the sale, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund's holding in the company stands at 2.655% of the paid-up capital. The fund clarified that these holdings are for investment purposes and not to seek controlling interest.
