EPACK Durable Clarifies CRISIL Rating Status

EPACK Durable Limited has issued a clarification regarding its CRISIL rating, which was reflected as 'Issuer Not Cooperating'. The company stated that it discontinued availing CRISIL's rating services from December 20, 2024, and informed the exchanges on August 27, 2025. EPACK Durable clarified that it has no subsisting rating engagement with CRISIL, and the current rating is voluntarily maintained by CRISIL. The company's debt facilities are currently rated by ICRA Limited, with ratings of Long term A Stable and Short term A2+ remaining unchanged as of January 27, 2026.
