EPACK Durable Re-appoints Cheena & Associates as Cost Auditors

EPACK Durable Ltd has re-appointed M/s Cheena & Associates as Cost Auditors for the financial year 2026-27, following the recommendation of the Audit Committee and approval by the Board of Directors. The remuneration is subject to ratification by the members at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Additionally, the company appointed Ms. Esha Gupta as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and re-appointed Mr. Ajay DD Singhania as Managing Director for a further period of 5 years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Shailendra Kumar is no longer categorized as Senior Management Personnel due to organizational restructuring but will continue in his role.
