EPACK Prefab Authorizes KMPs for Materiality & Disclosure

EPACK Prefab Technologies Limited has informed the BSE about the authorization of its Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs) to determine the materiality of events or information and to make disclosures to the stock exchanges, as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015. The authorized KMPs include Mr. Sanjay Singhania (Managing Director and CEO), Mr. Nikhil Bothra (Whole Time Director), and Mr. Rahul Agarwal (Chief Financial Officer).
