Equippp Social Impact Technologies Ltd: Board Approves MoU, PMO, and New Director

Equippp Social Impact Technologies Ltd's Board of Directors, through a circular resolution on July 20, 2026, approved several key initiatives. The Board took note of an MoU with the Telangana State Legislature Secretariat for 119 Constituency Development & Sustainability Bridge Foundations, aiming to replicate a proven revenue generation model. To support this, a Project Management Office (PMO) will be established. Additionally, Mr. Vegendla Srinivasa Rao was appointed as an Additional Director and authorized to lead the PMO for the pilot project's implementation and business model creation. Mr. Rao brings extensive IT industry experience.
