ESAF SFB Appoints Rodi Dabir & Co as Joint Statutory Auditors

ESAF Small Finance Bank Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Rodi Dabir & Co, Chartered Accountants, as a Joint Statutory Auditor. The appointment was approved by shareholders at the 10th Annual General Meeting held on August 14, 2026. Rodi Dabir & Co will serve for a period of three consecutive financial years, commencing from the conclusion of the 10th AGM until the conclusion of the 13th AGM. The firm, established in 1990 and based in Nagpur, brings over 35 years of experience and a pan-India presence, with extensive experience as Statutory Central Auditor for PSU banks.
