ESAF Small Finance Bank Ltd announced its Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, following a Board Meeting held on July 31, 2026. The results were approved by the Board of Directors and were accompanied by a Limited Review Report from the Joint Statutory Auditors, Kirtane and Pandit LLP, and Sundaram and Srinivasan, Chartered Accountants, who issued an unmodified opinion.
