Exhicon Events Appoints Bilimoria Mehta & Co. as Statutory Auditor

Exhicon Events Media Solutions Ltd has appointed M/s Bilimoria Mehta & Co. as its new Statutory Auditor. This appointment fills a casual vacancy created by the resignation of M/s. Piyush Kothari & Associates. The new auditor will serve for a period of 5 years, from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming EGM.
