Filatex India's Subsidiary, Texfil Private Limited, Signs MoU with American & Efird Global, LLC for Textile Recycling Trials

Filatex India Ltd. has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Texfil Private Limited, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with American & Efird Global, LLC on 25th February, 2026. The MoU aims to conduct trials of high-quality textile to textile recycled polyester in thread manufacturing. Texfil Private Limited will supply textile to textile chemically recycled yarn to American & Efird for testing in several end use applications. American & Efird is a leading U.S. manufacturer and among the world’s largest manufacturers and distributors of premium quality industrial and consumer sewing thread, embroidery thread and technical textiles for various industries.
