Fineotex Chemical Board Approves AGM, Dividend, Fundraise Proposal

Fineotex Chemical Ltd's Board of Directors met on August 17, 2026, approving key corporate actions. The 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for September 11, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing. The record date for the AGM and final dividend payment has been set as September 4, 2026, with dividends to be paid by September 30, 2026, if declared. The board also approved a proposal to raise funds through the issuance of equity shares and/or other equity-linked securities via various permissible modes, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals. Mr. Hemant Shetye was appointed as the Scrutinizer for the AGM.
