Five-Star Business Finance extends CRO Jayaraman S's tenure by 3 years

Five-Star Business Finance Ltd's Board of Directors, based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation, approved the extension of Mr. Jayaraman S's tenure as Chief Risk Officer (Senior Management Personnel) for an additional three years, effective June 1, 2026. Mr. Jayaraman S, a Chartered Accountant with 28 years of experience in Credit, Finance, Treasury, and Indirect Taxation, has been with the company for 5.5 years and has served as CRO since May 2021.
